i'm glad (?) this is a taper week because i got to drink two glasses of wine.

[a taper week means it is a week during which i only have to run a little... 12 miles... instead of 15-20.]


but, maybe the last thing i needed was wine.

i had a ton of fun at Rumble's dinner party. o man. my face hurts from laughing....

but, now.

i feel the pain.
