it is not yet 5 am... and i am awake.

my coffee finished brewing. and two cats outside just started having sex.
my dogs are extremely concerned about this.

or they just want to watch.


it is warm from the rain. if it stays this warm through the day, rain or no rain... i will run my miles. today is only 5 miles. was 7... but my first half next year is now a couple weeks back... so that changes my tempo run mileage. my saturday run is going to be 7 miles instead. the sun is supposed to be out on saturday. alli warren and brandon brown will be here saturday. i don't think they will run with me. ? i will have to not have drinks friday. but food and laughs. yes.
